Lidor Bar David
Lidor served in the IDF for over six years, as an officer (captain) in various positions, including vice editor of the IDF'S weekly magazine, "Bamahane,” and bureau chief of the IDF's Spokesperson. At IDC, he is part of the organizing staff for the Media in Conflict Seminar (MICS), the head of the PR and advertising division of the Student Union and was one of the initiators of IDC's Advocacy Room during Operation “Pillar of Defense." Awarded IDC’s Cramer Scholarship for social and academic excellence, Lidor also initiated a non-profit organization, "Outbox," which connects design students to at-risk youth to build their motivation and confidence. He speaks Hebrew and English.

Danit Gal
Danit served in the IDF's Foreign Relations and International Cooperation Department and as chief of staff at the IDF's Joint Training Department. She is currently an intern and research assistant at the IDC, at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism, the Israeli Counter-Terrorism Policy project, the Turkish-Israeli Civil Society Forum, and a Ragonis Foundation scholar. Danit is also a fellow at the MENA Leaders for Change program and a volunteer and fundraiser for the Save a Child's Heart humanitarian project. Danit aspires to take part in the formulation of official Israeli policies, and speaks Hebrew and English.

Chen Haviv Hay
Born in Jerusalem, where he still lives today, Chen he served as a platoon sergeant in the IDF Givati Infantry Brigade while fully functioning as an officer in combat and in training. As a student he worked as a foundations and federations coordinator at the Citizens Accord Forum between Jews and Arabs in Israel. At IDC, Chen participated in the Ambassadors’ Club and volunteered at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT). During high school he was a team leader of a Jewish Agency delegation to an American Jewish summer camp and tutored children at risk. He plans a career as an international strategic advisor. Chen speaks Hebrew, English and basic Arabic.

Omri had a very unique military service, in which he served in the Air Force, the Intelligence Corps and the Armored Corps as a combat soldier and a commander. He completed his high school studies with honors, and during those years also volunteered with youth in poverty stricken neighborhoods in his hometown. Omri also volunteered as a counselor at an American Jewish summer camp, and as a youth guide in the "Tzemach" Zionist project. His dream is to pursue a career in public service, with an emphasis on education. Omri speaks Hebrew and English.

Stella Penn Pechanac
Stella immigrated to Israel in 1994 from Sarajevo in the former Yugoslavia. Since the age of 15, she has been traveling to the US and Australia as a speaker for fundraising campaigns and advocacy conferences in Jewish communities. Stella served as a lieutenant in the Israeli Air Force and in 2010 graduated in theater arts and performance studies from the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio. At IDC, she participated in the Ambassadors’ Club and volunteered at the ICT's World Summit on Counter-Terrorism and the annual Herzliya Conferences. Stella was the executive manager of the Start-Up Class 2012 Program at the IDC Entrepreneurship Club. She speaks Serbo-Croatian, Hebrew, English and conversational Spanish.
